Product description
Carton storage bin
● White lifting storage bin, size can be adjusted according to carton size. Automatically identify whether there is material or not, and supply it to the manipulator to take material.
Carton taking manipulator
● The manipulator automatically grabs the carton from the bin and transfers it to the carton folding station. Has the function of automatically identifying whether the carton is grabbed or not.
Servo drive of manipulator
● After the carton is automatically grabbed from the bin, it is driven by the servo motor and transferred to the carton forming station.
Carton stamping forming
● After being transported to the molding station by the carton manipulator, the module automatically punches the carton for molding.
Carton side buckling station
● After the carton in the last station is preliminarily formed, it is automatically transported to the side buckling station. The air cylinder buckles the side edges of the carton, and the carton is completely formed.
Finished product discharge
● After the paper box is folded, it is automatically transported out of the workbench.
